| harry has been biting for a long time now is he ever gonna grow out of it? he went in to give my MIL a smacker on the lips, looked so sweet then bit her lip really hard he made it bleed OH had to have blood taken the other day and had to take his top off and he had a bruise on his shoulder, the nurse smirked at him and rolled her eyes obviously thinking it was a love bite! he said 'its not what you think it is,the days of those are long gone!' when he gets frustrated he will bite down on anything and kind of growl's like a dog is this normal? |

| I think its a stage, he doesn't know its not nice, although when he does it in anger its just him losing his self control a little bit - most , if not all, babies do it in different ways
Izzy goes to bite my leg sometimes when she has a hissy fit! |

| Amelia does this. It's as though it's her last protest and only ever happens when she's very frustrated. I either ignore it or say a very firm "NO!" and move her away to calm down. Luckily she's never clamped down or drawn blood but it still hurts. I think it's just a phase and when they can comminicate and control themselves better then they'll grow out of it x |

| Aimee went through it at the same age Harry is now. She did it for about 2 months. She used to go for my face, my shoulder and try to take chunks out of my knees The last couple of times she did it, I took her up to her cot and made her sit in there for 2 minutes (although she actually ended up falling asleep and didnt see it as punishment ) Then all of a sudden she stopped. Im sure it wont last much longer x |
