Awen woke through the night at 12, 3, 4, 5, 530 and 630 before C woke up at 7so I have had no sleep. Feel like crap full of snot with pain in head, face, neck, chest, back and legs, sore throat and out of breath/coughing but no one about to gimme a hand with the girls so just had to suck it up and get on.

Neil then phoned to say he had been cutting out a screen and twisted and heard a crack and was now in a lot of pain. He went to a and e and hes pulled all the muscles around his ribs and possibly broken a rib too to boot. Hes got light duties for this week at least so is gonna lose a crap load of money cos door glasses dont earn bonus. So ive had to ring work to get occy health clearance to do a KIT day a week for 10 weeks which will help pick up the slack for the money he loses but i didnt wanna g back yet and now gotta try and sort milking like a cow on my break. In addition hes been home all day generally moaning and groaning so ive still got no help with my aura of feeling crapness. I will be glad when he goes back to work, im not good with moany groaniness

Awen during a bf let go of my boob and promptly barfed all over it

And after putting C to bed she also managed to cough herself into vomiting all over her bed so have just had a bedding change and had to kneel on her to get some calpol in her.

I put awen on her tummy for bed and she went staight to sleep no screaming or anything so after 20 mins flipped her over and she promptly woke up so now starting over

Bedtime cant come fast enough!
