| Around ovulation I get a jelly like discharge, now I know this is quite normal, but once it's out does that mean I can't get pregnant? Is it the egg coming out or a sign that ovulation is about to occur. It's usually just a one off discharge. This month it happened on day 13 but we didn't until day 14, were we too late. |

| Mandy when we conceived Megan I had heard from someone on "the other website" that they BD'd just after AF left! So we gave it a go and hey presto it worked! I know it seems mad but I was prob only on day 6 or 7 so not OV yet but it still worked??!!! You should have approx 3 or 4 days though either side to answer your original question |

| No that's ovulation Leanne, your period is the lining of the womb shedding
Thanks Helz, I conceived with Chloe on Day 14 in May, so am hoping this month will be lucky for me! Mind you it would mean their birthdays would be very close together! |

| This stuff confuses me, I thought the discharge meant you were at your most fertile.
Hope your not to late. |

| Ovulation is when the egg is released from the ovary, af happens when the egg hasn't been fertilised - so in effect your af is the lining of the womb and the egg Mandy the only way to get a more accurate 'result' would be to check internally The little swimmers can only 'swim' in wet/EWCM. So its quite hard to say weather the 'blob' was a sign of pre or post ovulation. I got 'blob' about 3/4days before af last month, so 'blobs' can mean anything lol Sorry about all the 'blobbyness' of this post |

| Just checking what your CM's like internally. TMI alert Using a clean index finger, insert inside your fuff and you can get a more accurate idea of what your CM is actually like around the cervix. Wet/stretchy CM is a You can also check you cervix position that also gives a fair bit of info around ovulation too http://infertility.about.com/od/tryingtoconceive101/a/cervicalmucus.htm |

| I got tons of it on the Sunday and then bd'd on the Wednesday after - Lilypops is upstairs in bed so you can 100% get pg after it. My mate did too.
I always thought you had to have sex before it, which explains why it took so long to ttc lily as we used to stop actively trying after seeing it x |

| If the cm is like egg White and you can stretch btw your fingers without it breaking that is a good sign you are at your most fertile x |
