Hi ladies

I changed liams nappy this morning and it was full of what looked like crystals but they felt like jelly. Never seen this before so wondered if it was something I should be worried about?

sounds like the lining of the nappy hun. If they get too wet they start to fall apart.

Iv had this happen before with cheap nappies and some times I find does with pampers if they get really wet. Nothing to worry hun xx

It's deffo the nappy Hun.I've had it loads of times and we only use pampers and huggies. For us it's usually first thing in the morning when the nappy is mega full.

Yep its where it gets too wet....i wouldnt recommend accidently putting one through the wash it takes forever to clean u the crystals!

I had never seen this either until a few weeks ago. I tied aimee's nappy up at bath time, then threw it down the stairs. The frickin' thing exploded and the crystals when everywhere! I wont do that again in a hurry! x

haha i've done this too - and with breast pads you get the same amazing sparkly washing effect!
