Hiya, wasn't sure where to post this so Mods feel free to file it away elsewhere.

This might be a touchy subject, I don't know, but does anyone know anything about threadworms?

I was at my friend's 2 weeks ago today and Imogen was Playing in the ball pool with her son who is the same age bar a week. Well my friend called me a few days later to warn she had found threadworms in his poopy nappy and there was a chance Imogen could have got them too while she was there.

Well, I've never looked so closely at Nappies in my life!! Seriously, every single poop I've been inspecting wondering "is that one? Or is it a bit of fluff / fibre from a plum / just what poo looks like???"

I've definitely seen no wriggling of anything, but my friend said she'd found 3 and only one was active.

So what do they look like? (well team"threads" obviously) are they thin like a hair, thicker? Like a noodle? Straight or curvy like a crack in your ceiling? Are hey very White or kinda, well, poo coloured?

And crucially, when will I be able to stand down from paranoia alert??

Heeeelllllppppp!! I want to stop inspecting Nappies!!! eh? BabyPee
