If she going back to sleep pretty quickly I wouldnt worry. Its prob at the same time most nights as its when a sleep cycle is finishing. Im no expert on that but you know the way you have 90 min cycles of light sleep, deep sleep/REM and light sleep again. She is maybe just stirring and going back over again.

Apart from normal waking all I can think of is - is it getting light/birds singing at 330? Milk float/noise of heating coming on? Teeth?

I wouldnt worry too much if she settling. I think its normal to wake up in the night. Caitlin wakes up 2-3 times nearly every night. Im used to it!

We've had this with Immi, seems so random. I normally put it down to a dream, but if Sophia is doing it regularly maybe it's a noise outside like Snoopy said. Do you get up and comfort her or let her get herself back to sleep? We try to leave Immi as otherwise I worry she'll get used to the attention at 3am and continue waking
