Caitlin and her wee friend Kaleb are doing the sponsored toddle at the Zoo next Wed. We want to dress them up but are on a budget of about £10. I dont want to waste too much money as they may never wear the things again. Also im a bit worried about face paints as Caitlin has eczema & is allergy prone. Masks again I dont think they would wear for more than 2min.

Anyone saw any cheap toddler costumes age 2-3?

Don't know what Caitlin is like but I can't see Imogen liking an all in one furry outfit. I'd probs go with some bunny ears or cat ears? Or maybe butterfly wings? Claires accessories normally have things like that.

The monkey one looks fab! Would they roast though if it was hot? Even with just a nappy underneath? Suppose its only 45 min and can bring a change of clothes....

The cat one looks fab but biggest size is 18-24mth, which would do Caitlin but Kaleb is a big boy and even though he just turned 2 already wears age 3-4 clothes.

Michelle Caitlin has pink fairy wings that I was already thinking I could pass for butterfly wings if Im desperate. Could look in Claire's in town tomorrow for more ideas....

Dont think Kalebs mummy would be happy doing the same but and as I organised it kinda feel I should help her get costume sorted.

They might have some animal ears that are boyish too.
