Don't under any circumstances let your children have friends over to camp! EVER
After putting them to bed a 10 I spent the next two hours battling to get them to shut up and actually sleep! Fine ok can hack that bit pissed off but can live. As you can see it's 5:43 they have been awake since 5.
Pissed off doesn't cover it really. Especially as I've slept (or not as the case has been) on the sofa and woke a million times.

I love my son but he's not having sleep overs again!

I used to let Paul have sleep overs but not outside. They used to all bring sleeping bags and camp in my lounge! They were awful and I'm so glad we're past that stage!

I used to put the clock forward as it's all about seeing how late they can stay awake till

When their mummies come to pick them up you will say ooooohthey've been as good as gold and a pleasure to have.

OMG thats what my next door neighbours are like, I've asked them to warn us when the kids are camping in the garden as we get NO sleep at all!! LOL xx

Lol oh dear! Must be why i only allowed a sleepover with more than one person about 3 times when i was younger.

I was never allowed a propper sleep over, only 1 friend at a time. My Mum needs her sleep lol

I think we will be going with the '1 friend at a time' approach.

I wouldnt sleep at all if I let the kids sleep in a tent in the garden. I would have to stay out there with them, lol!
