wellllll i haven't technically started my regime yet (haha ahem), but here is what im wondering today. my body still seems to be changing shape - that's fine and i can adjust - but my tummy is well....weird.....
i had a lot of water retention on the bottom of my tummy at the end of my pg, and although i am very aware of the fat bits, there is still a sort of erm...sack...of skin at the bottom of my tummy/abdomen area...
now my tummy isn't anything like firm, but it feels totally empty in comparison to the fat bits - like it is a pouch of just skin - will exercise get rid of this or am i stuck with it??? it feels totally different to any other area and you can easily feel where the actual fat/innards start if you poke it (
sorry this is gross!)
is it possible to get rid of this, if it is as i think, just skin? and it's so low down, how can i concentrate on that area??? i have been doing pilates which seems good for feeling the burn around there but any other ideas?
