| I can't afford to get my dad and Ian something for fathers day but I know they bothlove fudge so I thought it would be nice if me and the girls made them some fudge! Has anyone ever made it before? is it hard? |

| heres a recipe. not a lot of ingredients but havnt read it properly so dont know how easy it will be. could go wrong if you dont stir it properly when cooking? good luck x oh and once its ready you could cover half of it with chocolate mmmm! |

| I think there is an art to it...you have to get it to the right temperature for it to be right.... |

| There's definately an art to it. I made it once and it went all crystally and minging coz I didn't have a thermometer and just guessed at temperatures . Defo invest in a sugar thermometre if you're gonna give it a go. xx |

| you can get cadbury's fudges for 15p, just chop them into tiny pieces |
