did anyone use that when ttc or is anyone else on it?

I started taking it 3 months before we started trying and then fell pg straight away, don't know if that had any influence on it though! It's recommended to take it before you start trying though so I'm sure it'll be good for you xx

Yep, same here - but hasn't helped in actually trying but it just gives any bean that is fertilised the best chance. x

Ive been taking it for a year....
It doesnt help conceiving, the reason that folic acid is recommended is because it helps prevent neural tube defects like spina bifida...you only need to take it up to the 12th week of pregnancy.

Folic acid is found naturally in some foods aswell espcially green veg like brocolli, spring greens and spinach.
