i have £61 rewards and 6 days until the next season
do i have to spend it before then or will it carry over to the next season?
if it means i will lose them then i will spend it, but i was hoping i would be able to save them up and have a decent amount at the end of the year

Never heard of the rewards scheme but checked it out online. From what I understand you have to shop with them every season to keep your rewards eg if you havent bought something in the last few months if you dont order now (and just pay in cash/cheque as usual) you will lose the £61.

The rewards are valid for 2 years.

Dont take my word for it, thats just my understanding of what I read. They dont make it 100% clear do they....

I dont know if I explained that properly....#

What I think it means is you have to buy something every 6 months, but you dont have to use the rewards (£61) to pay for it. You can save them up for up to 2 years.

emma i hate ringing customer services, they are all speak and spells haha. and costs you a fortune to ring as your put on hold for 15 minutes to get through! glad you managed to spend £17. im sure it wasnt hard LOL
thankyou xx
