Real coke and lots of it! Not so good about the caffeine in it but...

Erm salt and vinegar crisps helped me a bit, toast and ham, beans and toast...

Travel sickness bands also took the edge off when I remembered to use them, oh and lots of sleep. The tireder I was the sicker I felt.

Hope you feel better soon x

I found that the following helped me:

Sea Bands - have only just taken them off, lol!
Ice Pops
Crisps (Salt and Vinegar Squares were great)
Biscuits for times I got peckish or needed food
Sprite and Coca Cola - full fat

I also found that if my tummy got empty, I felt much worse, so needed (and still do) to keep eating all the time.
