A knicker question! _
PostSubject: A knicker question!   A knicker question! EmptyMon Sep 13, 2010 8:27 pm

So I am pretty sure I am into granny pant territory Sad
Good job I kept them from last time I suppose. It's just my regular knickers either roll down, making the elastic too tight across the front, or if they stay across bump they leave a line and feel uncomfy. My slouchy pants that I wear for bed are usually the short-type style which are ok but don't feel secure enough for out and about scratch
So basically am I the only one wearing sexy pants that come up to my armpits?! (I seem to remember that I only wore them in the middle months when pg with bean, as they then get too tight when bump gets bigger so I'll need some that go under bump).

Another thing being that I am getting sick of the feeling of erm, no discrete way to put this, moisture down below. Have to change pants or wear a liner - is this normal behaviour for your lady bits when pg? I seem to be using more toilet roll too?! Suspect I don't remember it being as bad last time, which makes me think it's my weakened pelvic floor muscles contributing Embarassed Sad

So, a lovely topic for a monday morning - just wondered other pg ladies thoughts! xx

I have been wearing the shorties (although tbh, I didnt stop after having Aimee).

I just popped out and got a load of cheap bigger ones for when im pregnant and then will save the nice ones for when im not.

I found in the first 15 weeks or so I needed to use a liner, but havent so much lately. But I am sure in the next few weeks I will probably need to start again.

Im also in granny pants mate. Tis more comfy and less annoying though as you say hardly sexy. It doesnt help my boobs are already a 38g so im topping up the sexy pants with industrial scaffolding for my chest.

I used a panty liner for a long time with c though i havent had to yet. Ended up buying a bulk pack of cheapie thin ones.

I've found tesco's ones good, 78p for 30 and pretty comfy & stay put well. It's only a bit but enough to make me feel a bit ick so liners seem the way to go, if I'm out the house anyway (rather than atempt a knicker change in a public loo! Laughing ) pretty sure I must be wetting myself a tiny bit too though Embarassed - now that is sex-Y Wink combine it with my dark hairs I can't bleach, grey hairs I can't dye, boobs bigger but more sensitive by the day plus general ratty-ass attitude and my hubby is one lucky guy Razz

I wish places would stop changing their pants / elastic though - used to find bhs really good but they changed to a frilly kind of elastic that's not as comfy - I bought some tesco shorties last time so got some more last week - but the elastic is thinner and tighter (and varies from pant to pant from the multipack!) and wtf is with putting a bloody bow on every pair of womens knickers?! What on earth does that bring to the table?!

I haven't converted to the big pants yet but I may need to soon as my normal pants are doing my head in A knicker question! Icon_evil

Jaffle don't worry about wetting yourself...i'm with you on that one as I have dribbled a couple of times now when I have sneezed A knicker question! Icon_redface which my OH finds highly amusing.

Oh the joys of being pregnant....but lets be honest we wouldn't want it any other way

I wear thongs all the time, mainly because I hate seeing VPL which would be really visable in my work trousers! I wore them right to the end with Libby as well but definately not after!!!! It was big baggy knickers that had to be big for the huge pads I had to wear A knicker question! Icon_lol
