i think i will write this post to tell myself the myriad of reasons that we cannot/should not ttc just yet....

* i have a toddler
*i have a job with no maternity rights
*hubby isn't qualified yet
*when hubby is qualified we don't know if he will get a job
*we don't have a house
*i like having elijah all to myself/elijah probably likes having us all to himself
*still no af so i take that to mean my body isn't ready
*or i have gone through the menopause???!!!!!!!!!
*hubby thinks i am still 'mental' from being pregnant (little does he know )
*i am still too fat to get pg again
*i am quite enjoying getting back to 'life', working, being able to walk without pain
*we have no security whatsoever, no idea where we will be living in a few months
*i want a spring baby again so would have to get pg NOW or in a year
*after reading other people's experiences i am sh*t scared at the idea of having 2 and genuinely believe i might crack up
*ttc was so easy last time i can't help but believe something terrible is more likely to happen this time
* i have to remember that having a second baby will never be the same as my experience with elijah


and why do i want to ttc?

* babies are aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawesome
* i want elijah to have someone to play with/torment
* an element of curiosity - we have one beautiful little soul, who else is in there?
* i feel much more confident about children in general
* hormones!
* jealousy!
* a fear of getting too old too quickly!
* i have a strong instinct to get on with it...can't really describe it
* i would like to have the opportunity to have more than just one more and time seems to be ticking (in my head at least)
* wouldn't like elijah to be too old to be close to his sibling/s


hmmm so the cons outweight the pros for now i think...ho hum

There is never a good time to ttc and you can always find reasons not to.

But, life has a way of working out. I would go for it x

Have another one. You never know you might get one that sleeps this time. I'm starting to want another baby so much but we need to move first and we've been trying to do that for four years and am beginning to think it will never happen

the idea was that i was proving that it was the correct decision not to!!!

You know we all want you to though, there won't be any convincing of us lot that it's sensible

We've just been to see my 2 nieces and I said to hubby when they were all playing together with Stephen that we could have 3 close together like that and he said ok Clearly it's not sensible to have 3 under 3 but I worry that broodiness will overtake the sensible part of my brain again

mr.mari just says 'yep you can have a baby whenever you want', im sure i was more convinced when he was saying no....i think it's a tactic to stop me!

i have never been very patient and its maddening trying to be now.

Imagine the love you have for your little guy and double it and add a little bit more and that's what it feels like having two
