Is it really hard though or are the results worth the effort?

results are worth it - 100%. it is hard but i think its normal. we only work out for 25 mins 3 times a week so the session has got to be as high intensity as possible. but i think its only half an hour a day - toally worth it!! x

Oh right, i was imagining it was like 2hr training sessions every weekday lol! The results are amazing.
