God am so peeved off.

Were home from the hospital. They never did any blood tests on him. They just starved him for 15 hrs checked his blood sugars 4 time then let us home. Completely pointless overnight stay.

Theres no continuation of care at all, get told one thing off one doctor and another thing off another doctor.

So they say well he seems ok just keep randomly checking his bloods at home!!! In July they were positive he had diabetes, yesterday they were positive he had hypoglycemia, now they think hes fine!!! But not definitely!! FFS!!!

ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

Sorry its been a frustrating stay for you Donna, at least they dont think its diabetes. If it is hypos you can treat that with regular snacks and no meds for him. Doesnt change how frustrating your day has been but its a positive side. Hope you all get a good nights rest tonight xxx

Well i am just gonna stop worrying about it all. I am sure he is fine, they have done every blood test that exists on him (well maybe not all of them) and apart from a few dodgy readings with his blood sugars he seems totally fine.

As if!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least you know you have done everything you can to makre sue he is ok.

What doc's are these? Are any of them endocronologists? I would perhaps just get a second/third opinion. Or maybe buy just a couple different meters with test trips to see if you get similar results. I don't know what to tell ya hun..he's defo had some really weird results and they shouldn't just let this go. Feeling your frustration! Thinking of you! xxx

oh shut up! you're entitled to be worried about him and you did the right thing getting him checked, you'd feel like shit if you ignored it and it turned out there was something wrong with him
