have to hurt so damn much! I am in agony..lower back hurts..upper too(but from bathing the dog). I can feel the cramps and aches even in my feet! Literally wipes me out for a good couple days. Anyone else suffer like this? Bring on menopause!

when i was a teenager it was so painful i couldn't move for a week...except to run to the loo to be sick...and have diarreah(sp?)...at the same time...on top of that i'd get hot flushes SO bad i'd nearly pass out..i won't even go into just how heavy it was too!

all i can say is thank god for the pill!!!

now i just have killer backache and mild cramps

you need a nice hot bath and to curl up with a hot water bottle!

Yep me too jen. When i waas younger i udes to suffer terribly then i went on the pill and was loads better. Hot water bottle, chocolate and an early night for you missus xxxx

warming up the magic bag in the nuker as we speak and took some advil! I do not remember having them this bad before Maky! xxx
