ok so i bought something and it never arrived , seller responded to my where is my item query and stated it was sent by parcel force on 27th august , i paid on the 25th august
item never arrived i mailed her requesting tracking number blah blah blah no response so opened a dispute via ebay then one via paypal about 5 days ago ,, seller has until the 19th to respond to paypal
and does not look like she will

anyways i left her bad feedback and she responded to that feed back calling me a silly woman as parcel force tried to deliver but i was out and never picked up parcel !
i never ever received a notice form from parcel force so i firmly believe she is trying to save her own skin to ppl viewing her feedback ???

do parcel for e automatically give tracking numbers ? am i likely to get my money back cos i swear i did not receive item and is there any way i can have that removed from her feedback ? she has blatently lied about me ,,, am i wrong thinking this makes me look bad to other sellers ?

i want to kick off royally and i dont know where ! i did send her a mail , pointless i know, giving it why on earth have you lied blah blah blah but i just needed to vent !

oh and would post office not keep it for 2/3 weeks ? , would post office have record of this ?

Parcel Force should have put a card through and either taken back to depot or sometimes they leave at local post office - either way she HAS to provide the tracking reference to you and paypal

You need to escalate it to paypal now - don't wait - they will then demand she provide the tracking number - if she doesnt have it then you will get refunded quickly

Of course if it shows that deliver was attempted then her butt is not 100% protected because she should have provided you with the tracking number well in advance of it being sent back to the sender - if you didn't get sent it then how the hell does she expect you to know where the parcel is!?

I don't think you can have it removed because ebay are a bit arsey about it but you can leave a reply which everyone will see! As Lisa said escalate on paypal now, if you know sheisn't going to reply it's pointless waiting x

I wouldn't worry about her response tbh - it will only show on feedback you left - so if you come to see things people are more bothered about your feedback as a seller not a buyer

If she doesnt respond paypal with refund you. As a seller shes meant to provide proof of postage. I only ever send recorded delivery these days when I sell as ive been ripped off before and managed to prove it because i send recorded so i caught the lying scum out.
