Bloody estate agents!!!!!! The ones we were with first are still trying to take us to court for non-payment even though they have already admitted that we HAVE paid!!!!

We've got the credit card statement thankfully! I've told them I'm making a formal complaint after they've sorted this mess out. I'm not having it anymore!!!

Send them a simple letter with a copy of the statement and bills, saying as far as you are concerned this is paid, dates and amounts listed, and its over and any more hassle and you'll do them for harassment!


Just make sure that you have got every copy of the incoices and that they tally upcompletely cos if it does go to court you want to make sure you havent over looked one!
