I applied for 2 jobs on both of them had a closing date of Friday just gone when is it normal to hear back from people? I keep looking for more jobs but not that many :-(

i think they say if you don't hear back within 2 weeks then to take it that you haven't got the job...i always used to ring them between 7 and 10 days though...and ask how my application was going...just gotta wait it out and fingers crossed xx
