well, i came off the depo bloomin ages ago n i got my frst AF!! woop woop

ive took Soy a month before hand so im not sure if thats what gave me my af as it sems to be okay atmo.. but im taking AC now n will follow on doing so untill ive run out at least

my question is.. should i try n test with the opk for ov? as im hopinhg i might be okay n gone back to my norm 28 day cycle but i knw alot of people dont go back to norm.. i dont want to be wasting loads of opks!!

Have you tried the cheapie internet sticks? You can get 50 for about £7 off amazon or ebay and it gives you a feel for what's going on without costing too much. I usually use them as without soy or clomid I have stupidly long cycles, but then I just back it up with a cb digi. They cost about £15 for 7 but I made a whole box last 6 months doing it that way! With the cheapies I tend to use 1 a day then as I start to get a fairly decent line I go to 2 a day so I don't miss the surge.

yea i have 32 tests cheapie net ones,. was thinking to test twice a day? im hoping my cycle goes back to norm so far my af has been normal apart from the first day lol x

I tested everyday cause i bought 100 lol gor surges about once or twice a month. My hormones are all over the place. Worth it to sort of time af though. It has helped me but i'm waiting till i get a normal cycle before i start testing again.
