| So im re starting again! before i went on holiday in May, i lost a stone, put on 7lb, and since then have just put on more and more!
i gained 4 stone after i had paris went from a size 10 to a 18/20 i was miserable, i looked like a different person,it was'nt till paris was 2, i decided to take action, i started the cambridge diet, which consists on just 3 milkshakes a day... it has all the vits & mins you need, i lost over 4 stone in 4 months, went down to 8 stone and a size 6/8 i felt great, and managed to keep it off, i always new if i was to gain a lot it would be due to pregnancy and i was right, i only put 2stone on with Adam.. so now im 2 stone heavier then i was, but 2 stone lighter then when i had paris
everyone said at 8 stone i looked ill. so i want to get just under 9stone
i did want to start the cambridge diet, but because my bmi is just about classed in the healthy range, i wouldnt be allowed to start on just the milkshake.... food diets dont normally work for me, but its the only option at the moment
Stats height 5ft4 start weight 10stone goal weight 8stone12
day 1 of WW, so wish me luck x

| Love WW. I should really go back....
I loved having a slice of toast & marg 1.5pt, fried egg 1.5pt, mushrooms 0pt, 3 medallions of tesco HL bacon 1.5pt for brunch at the weekends. Basically a cooked breakfast for 4.5 pts. (fry in the 1 cal spray)
For a sweet treat iced gem biscuits are only 1.5pts and come in a wee bag so feels like a good munch instead of just putting 1 biscuit in your mouth. Loads of crisps are only 1.5pts eg skips, and light crisps. Sugar free jelly 0pt. Lite choc mousses usually 1.5pts The WW butternut squash soup is delish for 0pts
Good luck! You'l be amazed at how much you can eat if you look for lower fat alternatives. You'l be a size 10 in no time xxx |

| I've been doing ww since having matthew, not doing so good though i'm afraid I just don't have any will power at all. What's the cambridge diet like? is it hard? i've often wondered if i could stick to something like that and cut our 'food' altogether. my fear would be once i started eating again i would put it all back on. I need to loose about 8 stone so i really need to do something! |

I need to loose about 8 stone so i really need to do something! hey I would recommend the Cambridge diet to anyone, and i managed to keep it off for so long till i got pregnant again you go up plans, after you lose a certain amount of weight, you have add a meal week, which will be a small bit of chicken. and believe me you learn to valve food again it is hard, but you dont need to calorie count, and exercise they dont recommend you doing while just on sole source ( i.e just the shakes ) it is quiet an expensive diet.. depends on your area. but you need to buy then off a CDC ( cambridge diet consultant ) you cant buy them online, the consultant is there to answer any questions you have, and you can get weigh'd weekly or every 2 weeks, sooo noing that you really wont feel the need to cheat.. if you are over 5ft8 you will need to have 4 shakes aday I'm 5ft4 i was paying £48 a week. just for shakes, if you have the soups or bars they are a bit more expensive first week i lost 8lb second week 5lb third week 4lb and so on.... i swear it changed my life completly... i just wish i didnt use pregnancy as an excuse to pig out take a look at the website, as im sure its slighty changed since i done it.... you can put in your postcode and it will tell you if any CDC are in your area http://www.cambridgeweightplan.com/ |

| My dad and sister did lighter life which is very similar, just be aware that it is an amazing way to loose weight, but the first week is bloody hard! you tend to have to drink a fair few ltrs of water which you will get use to but its a biatch at first lol And a not so nice side effect can be bad breath, once you are in ketisis some people get it. You really have to make sure you do the maintanance side of the diet as thats how you re learn how to eat properly! My sister did the whole thing and lost 4.5 stone and has pretty much stayed at her goal bar 7lbs ish, my dad did the shakes and didnt bothered with the maintanance and lost 10stone but put loads back on! |

| Oh yes forgot about the water, was never a problem for me.. i drank 5 litres aday... remember the more you drink the more you shrink first 3 days where the hardest carb with drawral is the worst, and of course that feeling of wanting to eat something yummy never goes away.. but you learn how to conrol them cravings x |
