back ground story. i put the wee boy at the top of my street out my garden for bullying my kid and others. he went up the road and told his parents i called him a "pakie" and his red headed friend jumps on the bandwagon sayin i called him a "ginger" ...... so i have 2 dads, shove their ways PAST my oh to confront me, im sat on the sofa, shouting in my face threatening me with violence and all sorts. me, im scared of no @~*&, i man handled them both out my front door and out on to the street! huge up roar between me and these two men, oh i was so for taking them on!! slagging match etc... wifes hiding behind the curtains, iv got fergie shoved in the house out the way... any ways i eventually walk away. po;lice turn up and im arrested for Racial Breach of the Peace! all cause their kids told lies for me puttin them out my frigging garden!

any way. now garry goes to school with their youngest, first i thought it was my imagination that the mother and a few others were whispering behind my back. oh its not! garry had a birthday party, his class mate. i took hiim to the hall and oh guess what. there she is in her group with the other mothers. so no bother, i stay a wee while till garry comes out hsi shell, and i notice the group gettin bigger... few of them point at me! another looks directly at me gob wide open shaking her head! and the rest are just stood there shocked. i mean a group of 8 or 9 women !

so its not my imagination, she is telling them all how im a racist moo, confirmed by the Lithuanian mum i speak too. has been tellin them all about me! i dunno how cause she knows nothing bout me!!

how the heck am i ment to get on at school if all the other parents hate me? think that of me!
i cant challenge her on it, or she would just call the police and use the race card again. iv ignored it for over a year now. what am i supposed to do!!!!

im not a friggin racist! i never called ne one a "pakie" EVER! the police even seen this, knew their stories didnt match up.

im hopping mad, i wanna to knock her *$%£ pan in! how dare she. it must be so good to know u have that race card to play!!

oh its not the first time they have done this btw. there is 4 other parents who have had similar issues. 4 other parents this family's wee boy has made up a similar story about and had a similar thing kick off about!

That is a really awkward situation to be in and I wish I could offer some useful advice, but wouldnt know where to start.

Do the other familes (the four who have had similar problems with them) also have young children that go to the school?

What a nasty little b?stard though. He obviously doesnt realise the uproar that saying something like that will cause x

they all stay in the estate. 1 of them goes to the same school and is the same age as the boy.


no he knows what he is causing, he laughs out right in ur face. loves the attention! he made up a story at football, my neighbour im friends with coaches it. he got caught out then too and the school have noted his behaviour on several occasions. but the parents. well, they think he is an angel and could never tell stories!

Maybe you need to take the issue to the school then.

You never know, they may look at taking the situation to his parents and making them aware of what a liar he is x

omg laura what a little shit lets just hope they dont carry it on and take it further because 'racial harasment' is classed as very serious and is a crown court job.

its her keeping it going. i keep out her way, dont look at her, speak to her, avoid the store she works in, i dont speak to her kids, dont let them in my garden. its all her and her telling stories to the other mums! for a year now iv kept a lid on it. now this. its her who is being slanderous

i might have come across wrong but thats what i meant, if she carries on lying she could get you sent to crown court. grrrrr get a grip of her quick and whisper a few quiet words in her ear x

yep, and kept in the cells over night. they didnt want to cause they knew the stories were bollocks, said as much to us and my lawyer. but becuase of the nature and zero tolerance rules they had to. i was kept in cells, take in the riot van to the court and kept in their cells all day till 4pm and then they say ok u can go now, case been chucked out!

Can you file a false arrest report against the two little bastards? OMG hun..how frikken awful for you! I'm sick to my stomach that you were incarcerated and had to spend the night in jail over hateful ignorant people like that! I am soooo sorry you had to go through that hun! Huge huge hugs! xxx

it was a year ago now. just this family are keeping it up because they can. not just with me but several other families x

you really do need to speak to the school and 'out' this kid! x

Perhaps file a restraining order or a cease and desist order against them...if the harassment continues..they will be the ones arrested. xxx

I am guessing that the other families who have had problems with them are White! And if so then they (mrs witch & her family) are in fact the racist ones! I really feel got ya chick and wish I had something more useful to say but I agree you should get the school involved and speak to your lawyer or the police about a restraining order and also to the other families as they are probably going through the same as you!

yes the other familys are white when we were having the slanging match it was them who were racist!

In that case they definatly need a taste of their own medicine! Just thought of something else, it might help if you keep a diary of everything even things like when their son is about etc! It will help if you have any more problems!

It's a pain in the bum but at least you have a record of their behaviour! I am furious on your behalf cause it's not fair and without being racisist myself something you hear happening a lot! I have also experienced it myself!
