I know its a bit early yet but I was thinking about what I needed to get to take away at Easter. Jamie's got normal shoes and wellies but what do your los wear in the summer because last Easter I seem to remember it being really hot (I'm going to pack for all eventualities). I hate them but are crocs the best thing for him to have for playing on the beach, water play on the decking, etc

Suppose it's different for little girls but last summer Ellie had Doodles, which were great and looked nice with jeans, shorts, dresses, crop pants etc. But I also bough two pairs of sandals. One pair which were really cheap in tesco but were a lovely colour and the other pair from start right which were great and looked lovely lasted well and were quite cheap. I hate clarkes sandals they're proper baffy!

Crocs or some kind of jelly shoe for the beach..tyler has sandals for warm weather

Last year Bethany had some clarkes doodles, sandles and two other pairs of summery pumps which went with various outfits xx

Andrew has the sandals that have 2 Velcro straps across them, I usually get them from next.

At the moment sports direct have some lovely boys ones for 6.99 in this style think they are slazanger make.

I found the open sandals best for on the beach as they were easy to clean the sand off quickly jelly shoes might be better for actually going in the sea though

Last summer Imogen had jelly but they actually ended up cutting her foot so we stopped her wearing them. She wore her plimsoles loads (slip on no laces or velcro), they were just £2.50 ones from primark but she could just slip them on and it didnt matter if they got wet in the sea - dried out easily. I was in there today and they had really funky boys ones, wanted to get some for Joshie but he doesn't really need shoes yet.
The sandals with velcro are quite good for boys too. I refuse to let Immi have a pair though, because however practical they are I think they are ugly for girls and i care way too much about that sort of thing

Callum wears sandals either frm next or sportdirect x the ones Vic mentioned slazenger ones are really good Callums really fussy with shoes but he will wear the slazenger ones wont wear jellies or crocs x

Also plimsole types ones i put callum in with laces if its nt really hot i buy them frm matalan £4 they look really smart too x
