sooo a few of u know im getting a nissan micra for my bday of my MIL and i know a few of u have ha 1 and i was wondering what the boot size is like? ive tried seached the interent but cant find the dimensions for it anywhere and im wanting to start looking for a pram..im in love with the icandy strawberry atm but i wana know if it would fit! all i found was something about the boot holding 206L's..but the pram measurments are in cm so i cant work it out lol..ive actuly been gettin really stressed trying to find info on it for the past hour lol!! any help would be MUCH appreciated!!! x x x

We've got an old Nissan Micra (1996) and can get quite a bit in there. We have a mamas and papas switch and can fit that in along with some bags and stuff (although you do have to pack it quite carefully). I've no idea what the dimensions are but I'm sure you can find them on the internet and it might give you an idea of boot size. The main issue with the Nissan Micra is the space in the back. There's really not much space. When we had the baby seat in the back the front seat went so far forward that no-one could really sit in it

cant help sorry hun, but make sure when you get the measurments of the boot, the actual width of the pushchair from wheel to wheel say may not fit even if the boot size is bigger (with me?!?!)

I made this mistake when I had my icandy pear, measured the boot from bottom on seats to the door of the boot! but the seats are slightly slanted arnt they so where the wheels sit wont be at the bottom..(jeeeze im not makin any sense but I know what I mean) lol basically what ever the boot size is make it a tad smaller by a few cms to be sure.

My icandy was 1cm too big grr I had to collapse the back seat down to get it in, and shut the seat back up so pushchair was wedged lol could take the wheels off but was just too much of a hard job lol

If the newer Micra is like mine then its not too bad. The wheel arches are at the back of the boot so I can fit the pushchair on its side at the front although mine does come in too bits. It takes some careful arranging. It is deceptive though. Its a bigger boot than you'd think for a car of that size

ive tried the nissan mirca site and autotrader and ebay motors and cant find the info anywhere! im just gonna have to be patient and wait till i get the car..its only another few weeks off i suppose but im so inpatient lol!! it annoys me that its just a simple thing but so hard to find out lol.. x x
