Sorry tmi warning

Ok so I'm kinda over my panic attacks but now I get a squiggly belly you know sudden urge to poop.

I had Lewis' review day at school and got a trumpy belly before I was due to go in. Anyway made it through and popped home for lunch before Owens sports day this arvo.

I have been sat on the loo for approx 20 mins and darren (Owens dad is de any minute and I have shit like water and my house stinks

Adam gets that. Its a fight to get him out of the house every morning. He has some herbal pills that he takes that he says makes things easier. There's a few different ones so if you went into Holland and Barrett and asked they'd probably point you in the right direction but I'll try and remember to check which ones he takes later (its open evening so I won't be home until 8.30 at the earliest)
