Despite being ill did my first thing in the slow cooker today (I'd prepared it all yesterday anyway). Actually came out ok (did beef casserole). Am going to have to put something in to thicken the gravy next time (I avoided it as flour is synned on slimming world) but still tasted great. Have another pack of beef left so think I'm going to try goulash next because I love it but I've never made it for myself
