is a cuppa soup enough for dinner? i'm not hungry im forcing myself food at dinner times just hope a cuppa soups enough. opinions please ladies x

If you can eat more then it would be better but if that's all you can manage then I wouldn't worry too much. Your body will provide for your baby first so it will be your baby that suffers rather than you

What about trying something like a mug shot?
If you can only handle something small like a cuppa soup then that might be little bit better x
