| I usually have bad period cramps that bad paracetamol and hot water bottles dont cure them!
I had some Durex Heat Lubricant that I got free when I purchased a Rabbit from Ann Summers months back and it creates a warming sensation that immediately warms up and I have never looked back since. You only need a teeny bit but it works wonders |

| I know it sounds a bit mad but I was in bed aching and couldnt sleep even after taking two paracetamol a few hours before Alan told me I know this might sound daft but try this!!!

| I guess it works like those heat patches you can get, heat does help with the cramps, hot water bottle always makes me feel better in the winter months. |
