im needing ideas to settle evan down he seems to be hyper all the time!! no joke he is like the duracell bunny! and constantly looking for mischief its actually quite funny to watch him go round lookin for things he shudnt be touching but at the same time its so tiring cos he is always on the go
he not been feeling to good since last night jst has a little cough and it mainly seems to affect him wen he is sleeping or tired and still tonight he is hyper!
some nights im jst finding nothing i do works for gettin him to sleep! he doesnt get alot of sweets or choc infact today he hasnt had a single sweet or bit of choc he does eat alot of fruit tho so im wondering if mayb the sugar in the fruit is what is causing him to be a bit to lively what do u ladies think?

I find sugar makes her lively - lol the worst is baked beans, and I get the reduced sugar ones, but I suppose because she doesnt have a huge amount of sugar normally in her diet then they make a big difference, she literally is full of beans after them!

Seriously if you find a cure let me know cause Sam never ever keeps stiill!!! xxx

Caitlin just in a temper tantrum throwing phase at the min. Literally contorting herself on floor 3-4 times a day squealing. Hates nappy being changed or dangerous things removed from her...

Hoping she doesnt disgrace me at this bday party today. Im having to bring a mess mat because she incapable of eating without throwing it on floor and flinging half chewed stuff from her mouth....

At least we have spirited little things Oh is Sam a good sleeper? That could be a bonus of him being hyper during the day! x
