As most of you know Chloe was covered in spots last week and the hospital said they were target lesions caused by a virus and would clear up of their own accord. Well by Saturday they had completely gone and she seemed fine again.

On Sunday she developed an upset tummy, which she still has, she's not going regularly, only once a day, but when she does it's very wet, really pale in colour, almost a creamy colour and OMG it stinks to high heaven, she is also refusing to eat or drink, she's had 2 bowls of weetabix since Monday and that's it, and sod all fluid, she's usually a dustbin and eats loads, and today the spots are coming back so far on her face and hands.

I'm confused if it were a virus, surely it would have gone now, not gone and come back.

Any ideas anyone

I'd take her back it's clearly not gone. Row's poo was like you described when he had a virus back when he was two months old and he came up in purple spots and his was virus.

Can you pop her back to your GP? if she's finished her anti b's then she might need some more

the spots have gone down again, its really weird. She ate a bit of dinner tonight so thats good, and I got her to drink too so hopefully it will go soon. The doctors are useless, they dont know, she's not showing any signs of dehydration so they arent worried x

TBH if its a virus there genuinely isnt anything that can be done. Might be worth getting her some dioralyte to drink though to stop her getting too dry if shes off her food. Hope she gets better soon though, its horrible when it drags on

Thanks Mario, yes that's a good idea, I'll get her some tomorrow. I know they can't do a lot, it's just frustrating seeing her poorly, just want my healthy happy little girl back now x
