My battle with the bulge starts here _
PostSubject: My battle with the bulge starts here   My battle with the bulge starts here EmptyMon Oct 18, 2010 9:57 pm

Ok so this weekend has been my birthday and ive eaten lots of bad stuff so i know i wont have lost any weight this week.

My personal aim this week is to get through without any take aways and to make a home made meal every night for tea.

I have done my shopping online at Teso last night and only spent £35.80 including delivery which has saved me about £15.

Ive also made a meal plan for teas which is gonna be:

Monday - Curry and rice
Tuesday - Lasagne, salad and garlic bread
Wedesday - Sausage casserole
Thursday - Beef stew
Friday - Hunters chicken
Saturday - Home made pizza
Sunday - Having a sundays lunch so will prob not have tea

Im hoping i can stick to it and not be tempted into buying anything else!!

Dinner - beans on toast (slices of bread with butter)

Tea - Chicken curry with boiled rice, a mini naan bread and 1 poppadom

Snacks - 1 banana and a handful of maltesers (oops!)

lol at the maltesers! Hey atleast it wasn't a big bag!!

Do you normally have breakfast? i only ask as if you don't you should try to hun! Even if its just a piece of fruit. it helps to start your motabolism for the day!

Actually (and i struggle with this myself) aparently you should eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch and smaller dinner!

(Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper)

Good luck for this week! x

I'm terrible for bread too hun - OH works for kingsmill so we get as much free bread as we want so is too easy. He brings fresh home every day and the birds/squirrels gets yesterdays - we are spoilt! I'm gonna ban him bringing it home - maybe twice a week max so ive got it for thomas.

xx
