I may start taking these from Friday with meals to help me over eating as i do like rather large portion sizes!!

Anyone else try these and find they work?

i've never used them, i used to take xenadrine which is really a combination between a huge amount of caffiene, green tea and ginger. the caffiene curbs your appetite, the ginger settles your tummy and aids digestion and the green tea is a diuretic so if you are retaining water it will flush it out - to be honest you would be as well drinking green tea (yuck) but i think that adios is kind of the same principle!
