in the last month i have what i though pulled a muscle through sleeping awkward one one night.. i cant turn my head to left or right or lift my arm up ..its my rigth side!!! anyways that settled downa nd went away!!

now 2 weeks ago it happened again but wasnt so bad but still hurt.

now this morng i was turning over inbed and i feel excrutiating pain in my neck and down right hand side of spine in my shoulder blade..icouldnt lift my head move my arm look up down or to sides.. Only by brething in and holding my breath so i didnt cry could i manage to sit up.. even whe im st here just typing all propped up and supported my neck and shoulder and spine all on right is painful and sore .. i dont know why it keeps happenen

Get yourself to your Doctor hun. It could me muscular or nerves. It really needs checking out as you can't go on like this x x x

its deffo not my muscles ..

its inside if you know what i mean only up one side..the pain that shot through me thismorning was awful i was liek i was paralysed and couldnt move ..well i could move but couldnt cos the pain was so bad .. i will go to docs..by why has it happened 3 times in one month

It sounds like a trapped nerve to me, I had one in my nck a few years ago and it was exactly like you described. Get yourself to the docs, they should give you some painkillers and refer you to physio/chiropractor

Have you had any pins and needles or any numbnuss in your arm? The reason I ask, I know somebody who had a slipped disc in his neck and the disc kept pushing on the nerve and that's how his felt....best get it checked out by the GP hun xxx

only get pins and needles if i lift my arm.. if its down by my side its ok.. iven brething in hurts.. but only down right hand side and around the sholuder blade and up my neck x i got an appointment at 3pm x

i have been to docs and they have refered for me to have an xray .and if thats clear and it carrys on i will be refered for physio x

Hope the xray doesnt take too long to get sorted but it sounded more muscular to me so at least the physio will be organised and get you back on form soon. Keep on the regular pain killers til then and some nice heat on it x

cheers mario..i did think it was muscular at first as i blamed sleeping awkwardly ..but last night when i turned i heard a crunch and awful pain and couldnt move for toffee!! it was that bad..jamie had to hold my head for me to getup I have deep heat but jeeze it dont alf burn your skin
and i have paracetamol and ibuprofen x
