| AF is on her way and I am in so much pain!!!! I'm quite lucky and usually only get a bit of discomfort but every so often I get mega period pain and it looks like this month is gonna be one of those months!!!! I've got pain in my pelvis, back and it's shooting down to the top of my legs!!! Sorry to moan  |

| I get them 'orrible ones every 3rd month, the ones where you could quite happily hide under the duvet for a week Hot water bottle and some nurofen hun - hope she passes smoothly and quickly |
