As some of you know im having real trouble with Huggies and the 'sticky' tabs are rubbish and are already unstuck! (I brought 4 big boxs )
So i emailed a complaint and got this reply...

I hope i get some good vouchers, if not ill be be complaining again and saying its not good enough! Im also going to take them back to asda and try and get a refund hope they give me a full refund coz i only paid £5.50 per box (96 size 5)
Feel rather proud of myself as i always say im going to complain about things but never do!

I complained to Huggies a while back because I'd got some nappies that were leaking really badly, and I got an email like yours and they sent me £14 worth of vouchers, which I thought was good. Hope you get something similar!

oh ive found that with huggies. they still stick ok until next nappy change though. its a pain in the bum when you see the tags unstuck. doesnt feel right

I complained to pampers once about a free sample of the active fits they sent me (im on their mailing list) and they sent me a £6 voucher just for that so fingers crossed huggies are as generous

Did I read that right....£5.50 per box How did you manage that?? I pay £18 for 2 boxes of size 4, that have 84 in each box!

I got them at the end of the one before last, baby event at asda!
