That's weird hun, have you ever used your email address to order from VERY/Littlewoods before? if so it wont class it as your first order. Try again with a different email address. I had to register a new email address - easy to do. Hope you get it to work coz you can get some real bargains.

i just bought it and got it for 23.95 ,,,, checked transaction history and they have taken 48.95 ,,,,,, on phone to them now

ok ,, for card users ( non credit accounts ) ,,, they take the full amount from you and when item is dispatched they credit the 25 back to your account

CRAP!!! so sorry hun - I actually knew that but forgot to post it - I went mad too when I got Thomas his cozy coupe and they took the full amount. Yeah they credit your account back with the £25 - rather weird/daft way to do it but I'm guessing it's so the cash sits in their account acruing interest for them then they give it you back - it did take a week or so to come back through last time too.

Sorry for not mentioning that earlier to anyone who has used it
