Cherry and almond clafoutis
400g fresh cherries
500g low fat fromage frais
6-7 tbsp sweetener
1tsp almond essence
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs
Mix eggs, sweetener, almond essence, vanilla essence and fro frais in a bowl and whisk smooth
Halve and stone the cherries and line a flan dish with them
Pour the mixture over the top and bake in a pre heated oven at gas 2 for about an hour til its springy and the edges brown very slightly.
For SW peeps if you slice it into 8 its 1 syn a slice. For those who arent you could prbably make a biscuit crust. Which Im planning on trying next time and sinning the biscuits
