I can't log into chat? It is saying that my username and password are incorrect but they are definitely correct unless they have been changed by someone other than me

I know its a pain in the butt the 1st time, but its quick and you can save the details so its not an issue - and it makes us all much happier in the knowledge that we know EXACTLY who is in chat if we need to!
