time i stopped eating shite all day and shifted a few stone!!!

im gonna be cutting all the junk out my daily day and eat only my cereal with my fat burner tablet, have a meal replacement shake for lunch and for tea i will be having only steamed chicken/pork and rice and leaving out all the fatty sauces, sadly including the gravy i have an addiction too and another 2 fat burning tablets.

excersise.. house work and running after the kids is enuff for now, iv no energy for anything else right this min. i will get to that when i loose some water retention!!!!

i vow i will not eat past 6pm! thats half my battle, we aint gettin tea till 9pm most nights and im having tit bits whilst making the kids tea at 5pm on top of everything else im eating all day!!

gud luck hun! my problem is eating late too. we prefer to eat once alfie has gone to bed and we have a proper chance to sit down which is normally 8pm. im gonna try and eat all my meals before 7pm next week!

the eating late is gonna be a hard one to stick to cause the weans are still up at that time. i figured it be best time thou cause its between bens feeds and i can chuck the other 2 up stairs to watch a movie before bed??
