Just come home from gymnastics with Chelsea and Ben had surprised me. I didnt have to cook cause he had ordered take away!!!

I had to sit in the same as everyone while they ate take away and i ate scrambled egg on toast

I could have sat seperate but we always have evening meal together

Aww hun thats not nice but WELL DONE for not giving in and sticking to your scrambled egg, you will feel a lot better about you choice when you step on the scales

Thanks girls. It was soo hard not giving in but i know i will feel better. Just gets me down that i cant eat what they eat without getting fat! Why cant i be like them

BUT...a treat now and then is actually good for you, if you deprive yourself then you're more likely to crave it...so if he orders pizza, just have one slice! chinese...half a portion!

My little treats always turn into big treats. Then i think sod it i've done the damage now i'll start again tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. I need to get willpower from somewhere to lose weight this time. Well done for resisting.
