i know some of us have down days where we think 'why am i botherin!' etc but just remember, the end results totally justify the effort

haha wish i looked that good again...that is what i got down to last time i did the weight loss(4stone) i went up to 12st 10 again after having the kids

im 12 5 now i need to get 2 10 stone .i was .7 and a hlf before kids ..buti think it wouldnt suit me knwo i would look ill that tiny x
