Will they not do scans to check placenta is holding up and try and get you to 38 kay? Thats basically what eyve told me. 20week anomaly scan, 22, 24 and 26 week plancental dopplers and 28, 32 and 36 week grotwth scans with consultant reviews in between. Thats assuming its not bullsh*t like im starting to think since they didnt wanna see me from 10 weeks to 28 weeks

I asked for a section at 34 weeks at first and they provisionally agreed to that as long as bubs was over 5lb!

I think because the abruption and pre-e came on so suddenly, literally everything was fine tuesday and by the thursday morning he was dead, they think he's safer out than in!

They reckon that I'll more than likely need an emergency section at some point anyway so that maybe why they are agreeing with me atm x

See what you mean. Lots of checking for you then and whipping them out as soon as they hit 5lb? Dont blame youprob much safer. My pre ec puddled on for ages before it finally rocketed. Shame they were too *$%£ incompetent to recognise it for what it was but at least i got my C safe and well so i can see how they wanna make sure you and new beanie are safe. Will you only have the 1 or try again after or will it all depend how this preg goes? Sorry if im asking personal qu xxx

Sorry grace im kida thread jacking i can take thiselsewhere if you prefer. And there will be 22 mo between c and this one. Two stunt bubbas under two?

We definately want one more because I don't want bubs to be an only child but I think we'll leave it at that because the more pregnancies you have the greater the risk of abruption and I certainly don't want to push our luck! If this one goes terribly though and I get pre-e earlier then I'm happy to have just the one!

I very nearly died myself having Ollie, they told my mam and stepdad to prepare for the worse because it was touch and go with the amount of blood I lost so I've also got that to think of x

Id def see how this one plays out hon. At the end of the day one baby with a happy healthy mum is better n...well not a nice thought to contemplate. Took me a year after C to start to contemplate ttc again though lucikly like a month to fall pg once we decided. But having had probs again already ive decided 2 is def the number for me. Dont think i could face doing this again!
