i got a new contract about 6months back(broke my old phone and needed a new contract to get the one i wanted) so i had a £30 a month contract doing nothing.

i offered it to my sister's boyfriend for £15 a month...so doing him a favour by giving him 800mins, unlimited texts for just £15 and myself taking a loss and paying the other £15

well every single month he's run it up to about £40 and pays it up to 3weeks late!!!

tonight i've bloody had it...he's run up an extra £7 on the bill, it's 8days late in being paid...and he's gone home from visiting us and bought a brand new xbox game for £40 that only came out friday!

i hate people that buy themselves stuff before paying bills...especially while they're pleading poverty and my sister is borrowing off me at least every 2weeks!

Can't you cancel it? Less hassle for you and he doesn't deserve the favour if he's takig the piss tbh

I don't think you can cancel them, that's why Kenty did this - they just make you pay the £30 a month for how ever many months are left - and have to pay in one go!

Who are you with? O2 allow you to downgrade the package by one each month, I know as Dan was on the £40 one and when he gave it to me we have had to ring each month cos I want the lowest one!

we're with t-mobile, they wanted £250 in one go to cancel the contract

i really trusted that the money would be paid but he's not once paid it on time...it's in sam's name but i pay it...and we're both getting royally p*ssed off with being their personal bank when he's off spending £40 a go...a couple weeks back he bought fifa 11...twice!!(he lost one copy so bought a new one)

call them and see if u can downgrade the package. get it as low as u can go and feck him. if he wants more mins and time he can pay for it. im sure u can also put a block on the line so u only spend say 10/20/30 over the min allowance?

If it's like the cell phone contracts here..they are useless as they love love love to allow you to go over your limit and just rack that bill up. Not sure what you can do hun, either ask for the phone back or beg the phone company to make it bare bones and refuse to pay any overages. Cell phones unpaid can totally destroy your good credit rating. xxx

they're being paid jen...i'm forking out for it and he does eventually pay it...usually about 3weeks late and always a few pounds less than he owes

t-mobile won't downgrade. it runs out in 3months so the second it runs out i'm cancelling it and the cheeky f*cker can use his own sh*tty credit rating to try and get one
