Im sure youre being very well looked after, but get on Aspirin 75mg a day & Chelated magnesium from Holland & Barrett, If your in the mood add on some Calcium too as this regulates BP

| I've got 75mg aspirin, folic acid, omega 3, pregnancare, calcium and tomorrow they are starting me on clexane injections, I've got magnesium tabs here, whats the difference between noraml magnesium and chelated magnesium? x |

| Just better absorption hun, plain ones are fine too!
Pregnacare have folic acid in them, but it is advisable to take extra with previous pe, so defo take the extra folic acid
You sound well covered, a little gentle exercise too maybe, and you will be just grand!! |
