Hope you don't mind guy's but i'd like to start a fresh as of next week.
I will be joining ww on tuesday evening so i can get all the new info about the new diet and am gonna go from there.
I'm sure my weight will be more on the ww scales it always is lol so i'll probably have more to loose! but i feel like i'm in self distruct mode at the moment and i need to do something to reel it in!
