is everyone drinking their recommended 8 glasses of water a day???

i have a hard time doing it and end up having pure water when working out, but water with juice during the day/evening...am i the only one finding it hard drinking so much??

I think its impossible! Ive been lacking atm to be honest and not really trying but starting again monday. I hate water as it is let alone 8 glasses im too much of a tea-aholic!

i LOVE tea and drink at least 5cups a day...but am trying to keep my water intake up too and it feels like such a chore!

It! Have sugar free juice but I always notice a huge difference in my skin and am not bloated when I drink lots!
Only problem is the constant peeing for the first couple of weeks!

I dont drink enough water either. I could easily drink 8 glasses of ribena a day though. Only prob is that its quite expensive compared to reg squash and also ribena light is rank so I drink the reg one - which is really sugary!

I drink gallons of water! I just always make sure I've got a bottle/glass next to me

yesterday i drank 4 pints of water and was never off the toilet all day!! i dont drink as much as i shud do so im trying really hard this week as i do notice a change in my skin almost straight away once i start drinking it properly x

Amy 4 pints is pretty much two litres so do drank the recommended amount! Keep it up and in a week the toilet trips will have gone down!
