Fuming doesn't cover it!! Iv said before we've had problems with them cashing in cheques early etc & asking for rent early & walking their dogs 9months preg & cleaning up their crap! (which I don't mind dogs or picking up crap just the way she asked &wanted me to do it twice q day for 2weeks last min notice!)
Anyway our cooker hasnt worked for oooo about a year, only the top small oven works Havnt had the fan oven. anyway both girls fast asleep iv been up feeding Hollie & I'm not well got blinking s&d bug again :0( so if not feeding Hollie I'm on the loo all night. Both girls fast asleep so I just fell asleep... Woke thought I heard. Knock, my landlord is standing IN my kitchen (Si had walked in!) shouting my name!! WTF?!?! Sayig the mans here to fix your oven! What?!?! I said sorry I was alseep she said thought u might be... Well don't frigging wake me up! No sorry I Havnt let you know that's all she said & walked back out! I am fuming the poor bloke apologised. But now she's woken lillie up & I'm dying for the loo and well just can't go with this stomach of mine with him into house!!! I am mad!!!What would she do if I wasn't here?!?

Isn't there a law they have to give notice or something?!? Ahhh I just want to get out of here now!! Final straw !

My friend was asleep in her upstairs flat and someone working for the agency let themselves in and terrified her, she complained but I dont know if they were allowed to do it or not

legally its 24hrs notice hun (if you have a tenancy agreement)..check it hun and kick off!!

Dan rents his flat out and the tenancy agreement specifies the notice he has to give if he wants access to the property. Check your agreement x

That's awful. They have to give notice, minimum of 24 hours to enter the property unless in an emergency, like a gas leak or something. Are you still looking at moving?

How fecking rude of her! You coudl have been wandering arouund naked or feeding Hollie and she just brings some strange man into your home! I'd be so fuming!

24 hours notice is the law here too. Had they let themselves in like that it is considered trespassing and can be charged for it. Remember tenants usually have more rights than the landlords. xxx
