a little early for potty training i know but elijah really likes nakey bum time, we normally get pampers disposable change mats cos they stay dry to the touch for my human pee fountain, but 1) they are very expensive and 2) eli is getting a bit mobile for them

so i wondered if the bed mats would do? does anyone know how absorbant they are? ideally they would be the same material as the change mats (absorbant hexagons which are really soft) but bigger.....

A cheap shower curtain (fabric not plastic) is good for putting on floor and can be put in machine!

Another alternative is non slip bath mats (rubber backed) which are soft to lie on and can be chucked in the washer. They also come in very handy at potty training stage.
